We use contractors to operate our mining operations. Our chosen contractors manage all the employment enquiries and advertise employment opportunities for those projects.
We work closely with our chosen contractors to make sure that the employment and training strategies they use create opportunities for local employment in the regions in which we operate. Supporting local communities through local jobs is part of our overall mission.
